Set up before gate 1

  • A short candidate list
  • Separate passed and failed columns or tags
  • Today's date for check stamps
  • Time to open each live URL fully

Workflow

Checklist sequence

Do not reorder gates. Live URL comes first.

  1. 1. Load the candidate row

    Keep only the fields you need: title prompt, intended options, optional old URL.

  2. 2. Run gate 1-3 on the live page

    URL, options, photos. Any fail parks the row immediately.

  3. 3. Write the pass note

    Only after gates pass. Include date and risk field.

  4. 4. Archive fails with reasons

    Dead link, option mismatch, or photo conflict should be explicit.
